I've written this before but it is worth repeating.  If you're looking for a southern soul concert, the best source of information is by Daddy B Nice on his Concert Calendar and Mailbag which can be found at http://www.southernsoulrnb.com/calendar_mailbag2008.cfm.  He lists shows that are going on all over the country (north, south, east, and west) and makes it easy to find one nearest you.
